If you are like us, then you're very excited to see the new take on Candyman this upcoming weekend. The rehash of the franchise looks to stay true to the roots of the film while giving it a modern update. This has proven to be hard with films like Nightmare on Elm St or Evil Dead getting mixed reactions from their respective fanbases. Coming into Candyman though, there definitely seems to be both a high sense of optimism, but also very high expectations. The newest clip though, would suggest we won't be let down:
