Far From Home Is Near To Perfection.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe that is one that consistently makes films that only leave fans of the comics clambering for more! Well that trend has only continued with Far From Home coming off of the iconic Endgame.

Here we see Peter just trying to enjoy his vacation with his friends to Europe despite the fact that Nick Furry is trying to get a hold of him. It's at this point that we see what (non comic readers) is thought as the villain in Molten Man for the first time imediatley followed by Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) who seems like he wants to help Peter figure out some life stuff after the loss of Tony and telling M.J. how he feels about her.

Of course if you are a fan of the comic you know that Quinten Beck is master manipulator and will lie above all else to get ahead. In this movie Beck is a vindictive former Stark employee who along with a full team of Stark haters is using drones to project the illusions that common people are seeing.

The relationship between Peter and Beck is really really well played out on screen as we think that Beck may actually be a good guy and Marvel would be saving his turn for a future film. Alas, Mysterio proves to be his true self and ends up being just as fun to watch as Michael Keaton as Vulture was in Far From Home.

The supporting cast is also spot on. Zendaya is proving to be a star as MJ and now we will get to see her be the supportive Mary Jane that she is in on Peter's big secret. Jon Favreau, Marisa Tomei and Samuel L. Jackson are all back in this film as well and all deliver from good to super well done performances. I'm excited to see where they take Peter's character. The kids are still in high school so they could still introduce the Osbornes at some point, but I think that all depends on SONY currently and whatever legal work might need to get done. Either way we can't wait to see what we are in for!
