Scream'n Stream Adds New Ways To Get Your Fright Fix

Halloween This year has certainly been something of a evolution, as we continue to evolve along the state of things. At one point walkthrough haunted attractions were absolutely not going to be a thing this year, and one of the first to announce they wouldn't give up on creating a awesome event was Scream n' Stream.

Set just outside of a swamp in Orlando, Scream n' Stream tells a story of a group of teens sneaking into a banded drive in movie theatre only to find that the theatre's residents aren't very happy about their arrival.

What makes this event unique is you drive through the movie screen and right into the film itself!

You come across a broken down car after being warned by the grounds keeper that we shouldn't be here. It dosen't take long for us to find out why as there are several different scare effects that we've come accustomed to just outside in open air as we stay within the comfort on our own cars. Instead of creeping down a dark hallway, we are driving through a elaborately lit swamp that has both in and out of the car soundtracks to help make the scene that much scarier.

The actors all do a very good job in portraying the characters in the "film" along with acknowledging the fact that you've come into their world. Some haunts at theme parks keep you in the third person perspective, do not expect that here as they will approach you and interact with you constantly. There are several good scenes that we enjoyed however, we might have enjoyed the ending set up and the drive to it more than anything. The effects, built from the ground up are very, very, well put together.

All actors are safely masked and do a good job of not being directly in your face during these trying times. Overall, Scream n' Stream really gave us that thrill of Haunt Season that we thought we would never have this year!
